• Tires must be registered after the date of purchase

• Registration can be completed online at www.totalconfidence-plan.com or by calling 1-888-990-6125

• Registration card must be retained to access service

What’s Included

• 24/7 live agent support

• Tire change using the vehicle’s properly inflated spare

  • Up to $200 per tire change

  • Any amount over $200 is the customer’s responsibility

• Towing up to 150 miles if:

  • There is no workable spare, or

  • The vehicle has two or more flat tires

• Vehicle may be towed to the destination of choice

  • Charges apply if towing exceeds 150 miles

Important Limitations
Flat Tire Roadside Assistance does not include service in the following situations:

• The operator is not with the disabled vehicle, unless it is unsafe to remain with the vehicle

• The vehicle was involved in an accident, theft, or vandalism

• RVs, fleet vehicles, off-road vehicles, trailers, vehicles over 1-ton capacity, or commercial vehicles

• The vehicle is located at a repair facility or on roads where state, county, or provincial providers have exclusive service agreements

• The vehicle is on roads not regularly maintained, including private property

• Installation or removal of snow chains, tire repair, or tire rotation

• Vehicle storage fees, parts, installation, materials, impounding, or additional labor related to towing

• Vehicles with expired safety inspections, license plates, or emissions stickers where required by law

• Vehicles not in a safe condition to be towed

• Vehicles located in areas not regularly traveled, such as vacant lots, beaches, open fields, or other hazardous locations
