What does this say about the quality of Continental tires?
Quality and consumer safety are our highest priorities. This campaign is consistent with CTA’s commitment to closely monitor its tires in the field and react whenever tires may not meet quality standards or performance requirements.
Should consumers be worried / concerned about the safety of these tires?
We recommend that owners of the involved products, promptly visit an authorized Continental Tire dealer for tire inspection and possible removal. For qualifying recall tires, a replacement with the same product from a non-affected production period or a comparable product will be offered.
