Customer Satisfaction Trial

All Continental brand passenger and LT tires bearing the Continental name and DOT numbers are covered by the 60-Day Customer Satisfaction Trial. If for any reason, other than an excluded condition listed under Section 7, you are not satisfied with your new set of four tires within 60 days from the date of purchase - or the first 2/32nds of an inch (1.6mm) of treadwear (whichever comes first) - you may exchange one or more tires, or the full set, for another set of Continental brand tires of equal or lesser value.

• Mounting and balancing are included free of charge.
• Owner pays all applicable taxes.
• If you wish to exchange for another set of Continental brand tires which is at a higher cost, you must pay the upgrade from the original purchase price, including shipping and all applicable taxes.
• Winter tires must be replaced by another set of winter tires.

This satisfaction guarantee only applies to the original new set of four (4) Continental brand passenger tires purchased and not to the tires provided under this guarantee.

How do you return your tires during the trial period?

Within the authorized time frame from the date of purchase or the first 2/32nds of an inch (1.6 mm) of tread, whichever comes first, you must:

1. Return your tires to the authorized Continental brand tire dealer where you purchased your tires or an alternate authorized Continental brand tire dealer.
2. Present the original sales receipt and proof-of-purchase.
3. Explain the reason for dissatisfaction to the dealer (i.e., appearance, ride, handling, etc.).

Attention authorized dealers, include the following with the claim submission:

• Eligible tires
• Original sales receipt
• Proof of purchase showing the purchase of another set of Continental brand tires
• The reason for removal

Coverage Excludes: 

• Original equipment (New Vehicle) tires
• Tires with more than 2/32" of wear
• Any tires used in competition
• Taxicabs, rideshare, etc.
• Police cars.
• Emergency vehicles.
• Non-passenger service vehicles
